Click and Collect - If selected at the checkout we will send you a notification to let you know your order is ready to collect, usually within one hour of placing the order during our opening times
Free Local Delivery - We offer free local delivery every Thursday, with a minimum order of just £15.00, covering Salisbury, Wilton, Amesbury, Winterslow, Larkhill, Bulford and all villages between!
Nationwide Delivery - We are pleased to be able to offer nationwide delivery on all products except frozen items, this is typically via DPD, Evri or Royal Mail, we provide tracking details on all parcels for your peace of mind.

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, with different processes depending on the reason for the return. Please review the details below:
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email or call us as soon as possible. We will arrange a refund or replacement promptly and provide a return label for you to send the product back to us.
When returning a faulty item, please ensure your order number and name are clearly included on the packaging to help us process your return quickly.
Unwanted or Incorrectly Sized Items
If you no longer need an item or have ordered the wrong size, you’re welcome to return it. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- Include your order number and name on the packaging.
- Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the customer's responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–3 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:
- All loose/unpackaged dog treats
- All frozen products
Return Processing Time & Refunds
- Returns are processed within 2–3 working days of receiving the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
